The ideal candidate will possess a strong history of delivering exceptional customer service, extensive operational logistics experience, and the capability to thrive in a collaborative team setting, along with proven leadership skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation.
- At least three (3) years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of the freight industry, particularly in White Glove service.
- Operational experience within the freight sector.
- Experience in freight management is advantageous.
- Connections within Agent Cartage are highly desirable.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Adept at managing high volumes of calls and emails.
- Dependable, approachable, and positive demeanor.
- Ability to provide direction, purpose, and support to meet objectives.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office applications.
