-  Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
-  Advantageous, experience in Agile methodology and software (i.e., Jira/Azure DevOps)
-  Advantageous, experience in Deposit Banking / Teller Software Delivery (i.e., FIS D1 Teller)
- 7+ years experience related to Training and Development and Communication programming/projects

**Key responsibilities** include but are not limited to:
**Training**
-  Identify the L&D needs for the project; Provide input on how L&D should be organized for the project and their curricula
-  Collaborating with Team Leads and SMEs to:

-  Design courses/ programs leveraging e-learning tools (i.e., Rise), blended and ILT;
-  Develop broader programs and role-based curricula to meet learners at all levels;
-  Create course materials and teaching aids that support content delivery and skills assessments.
-  Manage external vendors to design or deliver high quality products/programs
-  Responding to trainee questions and adjusting course content as required.
-  Facilitating the delivery of technology-based and multimedia-centered teaching.
-  Tracking training outcomes and ensuring alignment to business objectives.
-  Deploying feedback tools to assess the effectiveness of the curriculum.
-  Developing performance evaluation feedback channels.
-  Tracks learning session's feedback for relevance and impact.
-  Supports transition to production by observing, measuring and monitoring as needed
-  Support the Change Management Lead and works closely with the Process Owners and stakeholders
-  Design advanced metrics for programs or courses to measure learning outcomes; take actions if metrics indicate issues

**Communications**
-  Create and execute a customized communications plans spanning the full project duration
-  Draft, edit, and publish content/articles to drive awareness
-  Develop and maintain main communication vehicle(s) for the program including mailbox, websites (i.e., SharePoint), etc.
-  Support the training team to produce pre and post go-live updates, tips and tricks and drive training participation

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
