Job Description

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Plan Development: Design and implement training plans that align with organizational objectives and project requirements.
  • Content Development: Create engaging and informative training content, including presentations, manuals, guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
  • Training Coordination & Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
  • Training Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and implement continuous improvement practices.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in training and development or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in creating training content and delivering training sessions.
  • Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in training content development tools and e-learning platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • LMS Experience: Experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Video Conferencing: Experience with video conferencing tools.
  • Collaboration Platform: Experience with collaboration platforms.
  • Training Program Experience: Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Creating Training Content: Experience in creating engaging and informative training content.
Benefits:
  • Pay Range: $45-55 per hour.
