- **Objectives of this role**_:

- Targeted Leasing to National Multi Location Strong Credit Brands
- Be responsible for end-to-end leasing of commercial property including Medical, Retail,

and Restaurant clientele.
- Serve as the main point of contact between Ashco and prospective tenants as well as

brokers.
- Promote properties for lease via Loopnet, Crexi, Social Media and direct reach out.
- Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases) in order to lease a

commercial property.
- Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
- Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends

- Excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market Well-developed

communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong ability to multitask, solve problems creatively, and bounce back quickly from

rejection High levels of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Sales Associate or Broker's license is a plus
- Proficiency in Costar is a plus Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related field

Pay: $43,587.93 - $65,288.69 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
