Portland law firm seeks a full-time Paralegal/Legal Assistant to support attorneys in all aspects of a busy civil litigation practice, including family law, business disputes, regulatory proceedings and more. Job responsibilities include working with clients, court staff and opposing counsel both in person and on the telephone, internet research, document analysis, assisting attorneys in drafting and filing court documents, maintaining files, calendaring and billing, and providing general office support.
