**This role will focus on**:
**Role Summary**
As an Assembler within our brand-new WM, America Manufacturing Inc. site, you will be instrumental in the success of our products being at or above our customers' requirements and standards. Accordingly, you will be responsible for product movement, monitoring and identifying quality issues so to achieve required quality standards. You will be involved in proposing continuous improvement initiatives and opportunities for the business to excel, and for you to feel proud of your daily accomplishments.

**What you’ll be doing**
