Adecco US, Inc. is seeking skilled Assemblers to join our team. We offer positions on the first shift with a unique schedule that allows for extended weekends.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
PAY RANGE: $19/hr
Position Overview:
As an Assembly Operator I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product flow, identifying quality concerns, and maintaining high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate tools used in the assembly process.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
- Participate in cross-training initiatives within the Value Stream.
- Assist with various tasks to support operational goals as needed.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cGMP standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a proactive mindset.
- Strong focus on delivery, attention to detail, and capability to perform under pressure.
