SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday, 5:00AM-3:30PM

PAY RANGE: $19/hr

Position Overview:

As an Assembly Operator I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product flow, identifying quality concerns, and maintaining the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and operate the tools necessary for product assembly.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Foster a collaborative environment through effective communication and a strong work ethic.
  • Participate in cross-training within the Value Stream as needed.
  • Assist with additional tasks to support business operations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of cGMP standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a proactive approach.
  • Strong focus on delivery, attention to detail, and capacity to perform under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our associates enjoy a competitive pay rate of $19.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan. We also offer paid leave options, including Sick Leave and Holiday pay where applicable.
