**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.
As a Product Delivery Manager in Digital Channels and Connectivity Solutions within Payments, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Our J.P. Morgan Access® suite of digital channels and connectivity solutions provides cash management services via online, mobile, file transmission, APIs and integrations. We cater to a wide range of clients, including Corporate, Commercial, Business Banking, and Wealth Management segments. **Job responsibilities**
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Manages overall governess process to ensure consistent and timely data
- Develops approach to federate and simplify data distribution for various internal reporting use cases such as client targeting, usage and key business drivers
- Test the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
- Performs advanced analytics to optimize customer experiences, improve revenue generation, uncover data insights, and drive other business outcomes
- Organizes and manages multiple projects with diverse cross-functional stakeholders at once
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Extensive knowledge of data management, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Working experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, JIRA
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across various teams and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, embracing ambiguity and navigating through change positively while helping to remove challenges/blockers
- A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership

- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
