** Your Role**: As the warehouse team leader, your responsibilities include overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You must also lead and motivate the warehouse team, monitor productivity, and address any issues promptly. Additionally, maintaining accurate records, optimizing storage space, and collaborating with other departments are essential aspects of your role. Overall, your goal is to maintain a well-organized and smoothly functioning warehouse to meet customer demands and business objectives.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- Direct the activities of warehouse associates.
- Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments.
- Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with associates and drivers to ensure that all product is properly counted.
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage and errors.
- You will make recommendations to the Warehouse Supervisor on processes to set up goals and improve operations.
- Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property.
- Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations.
- Report to Warehouse Manager

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- This facility runs 7 days a week, from 8am-12am, flexibility to work any shift, overtime, weekends and/or holidays is required
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
- 1+ year in a team lead/ supervisor role
- Knowledgeable in TSA, Dangerous goods and OSHA regulations
- Expert in Microsoft Office

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
