Overview:
The Logistics Warehouse Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the strategic direction of our domestic and international warehouse operations. This position requires a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
Assist warehouse personnel in daily operations, including Domestic, International, and Cartage Freight services.
Establish a baseline for AIT operations and benchmark against industry standards to identify areas for improvement in logistics services.
Supervise daily operations related to freight movement and dispatch activities.
Implement an efficient warehousing system that meets the needs of both internal and external clients.
Identify areas for enhancement and collaborate with management to implement effective solutions.
Review staffing needs and make recommendations to ensure departmental goals are met.
Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Perform additional duties as required by the business needs.
The salary range for this position is $66,000 to $92,623.45, which may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications.
Qualifications:

Customer service-oriented, building relationships with a diverse range of clients.
Preferred Skills:
High School diploma or GED required.
Familiarity with warehouse operations, including Pick, Pack, and Ship services.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize and document procedures clearly.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
