Excel Auto Lounge is a high volume independant dealership seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. Currently having an inventory of 300 cars and growing monthly we are in need of someone to support our growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Lenders and Vendors
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales strategies and customer satisfaction
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and reporting
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and develop effective strategies
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service

**Skills**:

- Market knowledge: Understanding of market dynamics, trends, and competitors.
- Math skills: Proficiency in basic math calculations for pricing, discounts, commissions, etc.
- Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- Customer service: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Sales support: Ability to provide support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials and assisting with presentations.
- Inventory control: Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
