Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of security protocols and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage a team of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and identify potential security risks or breaches
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including coordinating with law enforcement agencies if necessary
- Investigate security breaches or incidents and prepare detailed reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with security regulations and protocols
- Provide guidance and support to staff on security-related matters
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the proper functioning of security equipment

**Skills**:

- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and risk assessment
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and practices
- Experience in loss prevention strategies
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of security personnel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

**Requirements**:

- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- 1-3 years of security experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate to far distances
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Valid security license or certification required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
