**About RAM Construction**

We are a leading Commercial General Contractor specializing in tenant improvements, ground-up construction and retrofits to existing buildings. Our specialized experience allows us to provide clients with an economical and reliable solution in many sectors, including healthcare, education, life science, corporate office (tenant & landlord), co-working/creative office, entertainment, industrial, and retail and hospitality.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process owner billings in Procore and any client portals.
- Work with project managers to prepare and process subcontractor billings in Procore.
- Track preliminary notices.
- Request and collect lien releases/waivers from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare backup documentation to be submitted to clients, including lien releases/waivers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree or High School Diploma + equivalent experience working for a commercial GC.
- Minimum 2 years of construction billing experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume work environment.
- Procore and Sage 100 Contractor experience a plus
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent listening skills and strong communication skills.

**Schedule**:

- 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
- Monday to Friday
