United Pet Care is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our growing team As an Account Manager at United Pet Care, you are responsible for maintaining and improving the retention of your book of business. You will work closely with HR leaders within our business partner organizations, you will also work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to manage client relationships and deliver excellent customer service. You will drive the post-sale client experience and drive utilization and growth of UPC throughout the client lifecycle. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, establishing a regular cadence focused on onboarding, engagement and growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall post-sale relationship with Business Partner Accounts
- Onboard new businesses and assist with the implementation process
- Collaborate with clients and users to define and drive best practices for success with UPC's products
- Provide strategic guidance, best practices and expertise related to the UPC platform
- Prepare clients for new product releases, product updates and drive adoption
- Strive to reduce churn and improve overall user enrollment
- Meet and exceed retention and monthly metrics goals
- Communicate with accounts on an ongoing basis to monitor and support progress

What you bring:

- 2+ years of relevant experience as an Account Manager, and/or relevant experience in Customer Success, Implementation or Inside Sales
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with exceptional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to optimize and retain customers, and a proven track record of exceeding retention expectations
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Zendesk are ideal
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Bachelor's degree

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
