**Responsibilities**:
- You will meet with customers who have purchased a vehicle and finalize all paperwork related to the transaction
- Supply customers with information related to their purchase
- Build strong rapport with customers and banks
- Process customer contracts and miscellaneous paperwork
- Work closely with sales management to process funding and paperwork
**Qualifications**:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly
- Quality customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
- Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
