**IT Applications Specialist**
The Applications Specialist is responsible for managing software installations, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing system performance, and providing user support.
This job operates in a professional office environment.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Electronic document storage and integration management
- Assist as a backup for patching duties across workstations, servers, and network devices
- Assist with user equipment deployments
- Assist with service desk incidents as needed
- Provide Active Directory management
- Assist with cloud user management
- Assist with Windows 11 review/rollout
- Travel to remote sites as needed, primarily day trips
- Manage electronic logbooks for fleet use
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of IT

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Associates degree and a minimum of three years related work experience required
- Five or more years of relevant work experience preferred
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, etc.) preferred
- Exchange, Azure, and Office 365

**Preferred Skills**
- Possess a working knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Understand use of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration.
- Possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Interact comfortable with end-users both virtually and on-site.
- Exhibit strong customer service skills.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Show a high degree of attention to detail.
- Demonstrate initiative to take on new projects and learn new skills.
