Territory Sales Representative

**Compensation**:
$80,000+ at Plan Commission
**Responsibilities**:
- Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life
- Utilize our continuous training materials and stay up-to-date with our revenue targets
- Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
- Generate new and maintain existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career
- Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
