Job description

The Store Manager provides all Blended Berry employees ("Blendistas", Shift Leads, and Assistant Managers) with the guidance and information to perform their jobs to the highest standard. They are responsible for maintaining store operations. Store Manager sets goals and plans for Management team to work towards and accomplish. They manage, coach and develop the Blendistas, Shift Leads, and Managers daily. The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring staff is providing an excellent customer service experience as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee Assistant Manager, Shift leads, and all other employees ensuring team is readily prepared and quality of product is up to The Blended Berry standards
- Floor Leader/General
- Create and maintain weekly and monthly worksheets, documents and spreadsheets
- Analyze and plan for People Hiring needs
- Recruit / Interview / Hire
- Training / Retraining / Retaining employees
- Conduct Performance Reviews
- Scheduling and maintaining Labor Target
- Approve time-off requests
- Create and publish weekly schedule
- Supervise Employees
- Open / Close Duties
- Write ups, Verbal Warnings, Incident Reports, Termination Reports
- Maintain in store trackers, logs, documents, worksheets and spreadsheets
- Food & labor cost control
- Purchasing & inventory control, maintaining positive vendor relations
- Placing orders and accepting deliveries, handling discrepancies
- Complete Month End Inventory
- Maintain equipment: prep coolers, kegerator, freezers, fridge, blenders, etc.
- Maintaining floor cleanliness/clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to The Blended Berry standards
- Work closely with "Blendistas", Shift Leads, other members of Management, and Owners
- Cash management
- Maintain drawer levels with weekly bank visits
- Manager ServSafe certification
- Attend and contribute to Blended Berry Rep Meetings and Manager Meetings
- Responsible for ensuring manager shifts are filled, covering whenever necessary

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
