**Job Summary**

Wedding and Event Coordinator ~ part-time leading to full-time ~starting at $26 per hour.

The Event Coordinator will work closely with the General Manager in the planning and executing of special events to provide guests with an exceptional experience. A strong independent work ethic, great organization, and a professional, positive personality is needed for this position.

Duties will include all aspects of event planning and executing including managing social media posts, meeting with potential clients, keeping accurate information regarding the events and communicating the information through BEOs, working with the banquet team in setting up the function rooms as well as overseeing the event and resolving any customer concerns.

A flexible work schedule will include some nights and weekends. Experience in hospitality and weddings is preferred.
