**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service over the phone and in-person. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.
- **Payment Processing**: Efficiently handle payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Dispatch Coordination**: Coordinate with field technicians to schedule appointments, dispatch service calls, and optimize technician routes for maximum efficiency.
- **Advocacy for Customers**: Act as a liaison between customers and the company, advocating for customer needs and ensuring prompt resolution of any concerns or service issues.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, payments, and other relevant information using our CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other team members, including technicians and administrative staff, to streamline processes and deliver seamless service to our customers.
- **Continuous Learning and Development**: Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems, customer service best practices, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in air conditioning and heating a HUGE PLUS
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.
