**Responsibilities**:

- Providing service from the heart

- Taking clients start to finish through the car buying process.

- Handling phone calls. Providing necessary information
- Utilizing tools (provided) to convey accurate and transparent information to the client.
- Following up with clientele in a professional and consistent manner
