**Job Summary and Qualifications**:
We are seeking a **Manager Case Management** for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? **What qualifications you will need**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with Master's Degree in Social Work and current license as a LCSW in the state of Georgia or compact state required OR BSN with active/current GA Licensure or compact state RN license required
- 3+ years of clinical acute care nursing or hospital social work experience required; 2+ years of supervisory/leadership preferred
- Certification in Case Management, InterQual, or IQCI preferred
