**JOB OVERVIEW**

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be reviewing and processing complex work orders and claims in a fast paced and detail-orientated environment. Enjoy working independently while being part of a unique 'Team of Equals'.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process individual work orders and claims from start to completion
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Extensive research, analyzing and report compiling, all while following an exacting SOP.
- Maintain daily processing flow by receiving, acknowledging, and entering data into various platforms with strict accuracy
- Seeking out, vetting/screening, and onboarding of 3rd party providers needed to handle services that contribute to our finished product
- Actively and effectively weigh cost of work orders / claims vs. intended outcome and make appropriate decisions for how to proceed in the best interests of our company. (This effort includes communication with management, accounting, outside contractors, agents, and others to determine the best course of action.)
- Develop a knowledge base of client problems and resolutions
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Process orders and schedule client service appointments
- Interact with and support company service technicians
- Collaborate with administration to refine processes and practices
- Effectively use Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote) and Google (Search, Drive, Sheets, Docs)

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in the service industry; preferably related to claims handling, project management and/or Customer Service
- Demonstration of ability to manage extensive volumes of work with solid decision making, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to exercise initiative and sound independent judgement
- Must have the ability to work in a stressful and fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Willingness to take on additional projects, workload and cross train in other departments as time or needs allow
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent listening, oral and written communication synergy
- Exhibit excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Maintaining a positive and focused influence within the team environment
- Learn and effectively operate Southland digital tools and operating systems
- Valid Driver's license with a clean MVR
- Must be willing to work hybrid/remote as the job requires
