Extreme Engineering Solutions (X-ES) is seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented professional to coordinate day-to-day operations of the Machine Shop and various purchasing tasks. This individual will help to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency while providing a high-level of customer service. This is a first-shift position with flexible scheduling, paid training, and good benefits.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

It will be expected that this individual will perform a variety of general department support assignments. Specific responsibilities may include:

- Create, update, track, and review job tickets for all internal jobs in the shop. Manage additional tracking duties for outside jobs going out and returning to X-ES.
- Machine Shop ordering responsibilities for tools, custom tools, materials, and services. Select items for purchase based on cost, availability, and quality assurances. Select items for purchase based on cost, availability, and quality assurances.
- Maintain computerized procurement records, such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and tool/material inventories.
- Review ERP software transactions and scan completed paperwork for the Machine Shop.
- Interact with vendors to obtain information concerning price, availability, delivery, and scheduling.

**Required Qualifications**
- Graduation from an accredited high school (or valid General Educational Development certificate).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency and a high level of organization with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI.

**Desired Qualifications**
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing Management, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of required degree.
- Prior work experience working in ERP systems such as in JobBOSS, E2, and SAP/Oracle.
- Prior work experience and background in an office setting using computers or technology like Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel (pivot table understanding), etc.)
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail, organization and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and with others while adjusting priorities to meet deadlines.
