About the Position:
This is a paid internship program running from June (TBD) to August (TBD), Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and maintaining accurate personnel files.
- Update and audit employee data in our HR Information System (HRIS).
- Support the HR team with new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
- Complete a variety of HR administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
