New Business/investment Operations Associate

**Benefits/Salary**
- Salary Range - $35,000-$50,000 based upon experience

**Responsibilities & Activities**
- As an Operations Associate, you should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping people accomplish their goals and objectives.
- Manage client interactions and expectations (complaints, concerns, etc.) as well as internal relationships in a timely and professional manner.
- Make inquiries on client accounts with investment companies, insurance companies and other outside companies, as necessary.
**Experience & Personal Qualities**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with other industry software (ie: eMoney, CRM, Orion, Firelight)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; customer service experience preferred
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- High standards of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to manage your time effectively and to coordinate multiple tasks at once. Must also have commitment to being proactive to push projects and tasks forward.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and to find answers to problems on your own.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
