**DARCARS Automotive Group** is now seeking for an **IT Support Specialist**

Purpose:
**Qualifications**:

- OS Support - Windows 10, 11
- Level 1 Help Desk Support - Call response and Triage
- Desktop Hardware Troubleshooting
- Basic Audio/Visual Hardware Setup
- Basic Technical knowledge of PCs and desktop hardware
- Familiarity with remote control and other diagnostic tools to identify issues.
- Ability to operate with mínimal supervision, prioritize workload, other assigned tasks, learn new, technical product information quickly and demonstrate the ability to meet current operating level agreements.
- Maintain and document guidelines, standards, processes, and procedures in relation to the computing environment.
- Support and troubleshoot current standard of MS Windows 10\Windows 11 operating systems, & MS Office 365
- Dell / Lexmark/HP Remote/On-Site Printer Support
- LDAP, ActiveSync, Active Directory, & Exchange Online
- Basic Network Knowledge
- Basic iOS knowledge
