All of our members are mobile and enjoy being active. We have group homes in Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert. **However, **_**this job posting is specifically for one of our Gilbert locations.**_ The staff must have at least 2 years' experience working with complex members and have current credentials. We are looking for at least 15 applicants for this home. This home comes with an incentive pay of $17.50-18.50 per hour, depending on experience and knowledge of group homes. If staff prefer to move to another home, the pay will be decreased to the regular pay rate of $15.00- $15.50 per hour, depending on experience and group home knowledge. Our Agency hires management from within and is always looking for individuals to grow in this field. Therefore, plenty of opportunities for promotion are available.
