**The Automotive Accounting Professional helps with general accounting duties.**

The Automotive Accounting Professional will accumulate, record and maintain business transactions, and will foster financial integrity in the workplace, safeguarding customer personal records and reporting all non-compliance. This position is expected to respond and support departmental managers requesting additional information affecting their individual departments.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Processes daily financial transactions
- Assists in daily operations of the accounting department
- General account reviews and correcting entries.
- Cut Checks
- Journal Entry posting
- Reconciliation of billing statements
- Upholds company policies and adheres to all company standards
- Superior communication, customer service, leadership, organizational and analytical skills
- Responsible for regular accounting related transactional activity, for accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks, meeting deadlines and commitments, and obligations requiring additional hours.
- Maintains a professional appearance, and work environment.
- Attends pertinent and mandatory companywide trainings.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Automotive Accounting - Preferred
- General Bookkeeping or public accounting experience - Preferred
- Payroll Experience - Preferred
- Accounting Degree Preferred
