Qualifications:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant/Entry Level Onboarding Specialist. The Administrative Assistant/Entry Level Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for providing general administrative support, managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining files and records, and assisting with clerical tasks and Onboarding.

**Administrative Assistant Duties**:

- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employee offer letters and new hire guides
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

**Onboarding Specialist Duties**:

- Facilitate the New Hire Orientation for new employees to the company
- Assist with personnel file maintenance
- Assist employees with enrollment in company benefits and direct deposit
- Assist with accurate maintenance of employee timekeeping and schedules
- Manage employee information in ADP payroll software and WinTeam personnel scheduling software

**Qualifications**
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in providing executive administrative assistance
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Private security experience is a plus
- At least 21 years of age
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- ICIMs experience is a plus
- WinTeam experience is a plus
