This position is responsible for accurate inventory accounting, including receiving, processing, recording, and distributing supplies and materials; it also performs various clerical duties, including data entry and maintaining files and records.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintains inventory of all material assets. Manages inventory through auditing procedures that include cycle counting of small subsets of inventory in specific locations at specifically scheduled times
- Audits warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting
- Enters inventory information into a controlled software system to ensure the availability of accurate information
- Performs labeling of materials following required procedures
- Prepares and maintains documentation to provide written support and/or convey information.
- Reconciles discrepancies in asset records (e.g. physical count versus reported items)
- Coordinates with warehouse managers to facilitate the cycle counting process for each area

- A high School diploma or GED equivalent is required, and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- ** Forklift experience preferred.**

**CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES**
- May require equipment certification for forklift & aerial lifts, power pallet jack, etc.
