**OVERVIEW**
- We are looking for a client-focused and hospitality-minded Manager with a passion for weddings to help lead our thriving team _

Responsible for overseeing Wedding Planners and Event Coordinators within the District in order to provide excellent client communications and service from the time the client books throughout the client’s lifecycle to achieve a 5-Star Experience while enhancing the event with client upgrades. This position reports directly to the Regional Vice President.

**SALARY**

The total compensation range is between $55,000 - $75,000 with the breakdown as follows:

- Base: $50-$60k annual base pay, based upon experience
- Variable Pay: Quarterly and Annual Bonuses based upon team performance

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Location**:Houston, TX

**Experience**:At least 3 years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities

**Education**:College Degree or Applicable Work History, Certified Wedding Planner preferred

**Physical**:Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours

**Other**:Submit to a background and drug test, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Our District Planning Managers take extreme ownership of their responsibilities and are enthusiastic about helping our clients by creating exceptional experiences and life-long memories. _

**Develop** relationships with assigned clients by understanding their needs to give a personalized client experience

**Respond **to all clients in a timely manner (within 24 hours)

**Schedule** and attend Planning Meetings, Drop-Ins, Private Tastings, and Open Houses

**Responsible **for gathering all details necessary to effectively execute events such as Timeline, Floor Plan, Ceremony Details, Food and Beverage selections, and Vendor details

**Work **closely with In-House Vendors to enhance the client experience

**Maintain** a deep knowledge of internal product offerings including venue portfolio enhancements, catering, bar offerings, and vendor services

**Follow **the identified sales process including responding to client questions, adding services and products to accounts, and documenting in the sales system

**Meet **and exceed KPIs and sales targets

**Attend and Lead **weekly Regional meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals, and obstacles

**Hiring **Wedding Planners and Event Coordinators

**Managing **employees through training, coaching, and constructive feedback

**Scheduling **to ensure all events have a coordinator

**Attending **weekly BEO meetings to communicate important information on behalf of their team

**Communicating **with clients with a sense of urgency to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

**Executing **flawless events oneself as needed

**Achieving** 5-Star ratings across all venues within district by providing excellent customer service
