**Duties**:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in AppFolio Property Management Software
- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High School Graduate
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using Appfolio management software is a BIG plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
