Seeking Employee Benefits Account Managers with experience in Ancillary lines; inclusive of Dental, Vision, Life/ADD, STD, LTD, Voluntary Benefits.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Pre/ Post
- sale client servicing
- Provide daily client services for our Ancillary business, includingprocessing policies, endorsements, invoicing, and certificates.
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with brokers, responding toinquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance and adherence for each account.
- Policy Analysis: Analyze client policies for accuracy and alignment with proposalsand client/broker requests.
- Issue Resolution: Research and resolve premium and compensation issues andassist in resolving administrative and claim issues.
- Account Management: Initiate and implement proactive account managementcampaigns, prioritizing workload for timely completion.

Dynamic role with a fantastic organization leading in Employee Benefit/Stop Loss Insurance. Must be willing to come into the office the first 3 months with a hybrid option following. Must have experience from a carrier or brokerage and someone who is organized, enjoys working on a team and has great communication skills.
