We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Marketing Specialist to join our team. The individual will report to the Director of Marketing and will play a pivotal role in developing and executing ecommerce strategies and driving growth in our online business.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package:

- Base Salary range of $60 - 80 K (based on background) plus bonus potential. 401K with profit sharing.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Employ data insights to sequence and showcase products on the site, maximizing conversion and revenue.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions on website merchandising, product discoverability, and overall site optimization for enhanced user experience.
- Implement SEO strategies to monitor and optimize digital content, providing recommendations for improved listing performance.
- Drive traffic to the ecommerce site through PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaigns, optimizing budget allocation, and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
- Plan, coordinate, and administer webinars aimed at educating customers, driving engagement, and promoting products on the ecommerce platform.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving website-related issues, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly browsing experience for customers.
- Participate in site management calls with external development partners, make recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor competitor websites and activities, reporting insights as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Global Marketing and Sales Teams to execute initiatives through the Garrison ecommerce site.
- Stay informed about current website best practices and future trends in digital sales and marketing.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
