The Paid Media Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing an $85 million marketing budget, focusing on customer acquisition through LGI’s digital marketing initiatives. This role primarily concentrates on Third Party Listing Sites and Connected TV, ensuring alignment with LGI’s omnichannel marketing campaigns. This position works as part of LGI’s Paid Media team to create campaigns that drive customers to choose LGI Homes as their new homebuilder across all media channels.
The Paid Media Marketing Specialist oversees the performance of all paid campaigns on third party listing sites, managing relationships with key digital vendors and advertising partners such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and BDX. Responsibilities include ad creation, execution, and ongoing campaign management, ensuring alignment with LGI’s digital marketing initiatives and target CPA’s.
This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns on Connected TV platforms. This involves selecting appropriate ad formats, placements, and targeting criteria to maximize reach and engagement among target customers, while monitoring conversion metrics such as leads and information center visits.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related degree is required. A few years' experience in digital/media is a plus The Paid Media Marketing Specialist must have a positive attitude with a strong background in analytics and Excel. Experience in creative or design is also a bonus
