Family owned art studio is seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Experience Specialist to enrich our team.

Our studio, is known for its unique and high-quality artwork, and caters to a global customer base, offering beautiful designs for homes and businesses.

We take pride in designing, creating, and shipping our original artwork, ensuring that each piece adds a unique touch to our customers' spaces. Our art is showcased on various online platforms including our website (Statements2000.com), Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, and other eCommerce sites, and for local art enthusiasts, we feature a dedicated gallery space available by appointment..

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will represent the heart and soul of our art studio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Engage directly with our customers, providing detailed information about our products, and making their experience with us memorable and delightful.

- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
• Be a problem-solver and critical thinker, capable of offering cost-effective solutions and exercising good judgment in customer interactions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, identifying tasks, and actively participating in team projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office,.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
