This is one of those precious Austin job opportunities for a hungry, self-starting marketer to develop into multi-faceted creative, working within a team of highly motivated and talented marketing professionals

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Design print and digital marketing collateral within given InDesign templates
- Produce (print/cut) in-house marketing collateral with company turnaround times
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent brand voice
- Support department as needed with developing and managing content
- Support relationships with real estate agents
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong organizational and project management abilities, as well as attention to detail
- Polished written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading
- An excellent customer service representative who will go above and beyond for our agents
- High level of creativity and taste with an impeccable eye for design
- Print production experience a plus
- Proficiency InDesign, Canva
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- Excellent track record of understanding the big picture, but not be afraid to roll up sleeves and collaborate
- Ability to handle tight deadlines
- A true love of Austin and the desire to work with a homegrown Austin brand

**Experience**:
Communications/Marketing: Entry level - 3 years

**Compensation**:

- Commensurate with experience
- Bonuses

**Work Location**:
Monday - Friday and weekends as needed

Scheduled days at both the Lake Austin and Lakeway offices (Lakeway office is 1-2 days per week)

After tenure and training there is the opportunity for one remote day
