**Tasks**:

- Be the point of contact for the company and to direct inquiries to the various departments**
**- Coordinate scheduling of vendors and assist in project management**
**- Schedule and perform apartment showings**
**- Schedule and coordinate move-ins and move-outs**
**- Attend HOA meetings as needed**
**- Help maintain the administrative systems**
**- Project Administration including procuring estimates, contracts, compliance, and reporting**
**- Light clerical duties**
**- Work on other tasks and projects as they arise either on both a short or long term basis**
