Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations by providing administrative support and excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Provide exceptional customer support by answering inquiries and directing calls
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
- Operate office equipment including phone systems
- Support office staff with clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and scanners
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
