**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the entire process from the initial customer RFQ and pricing development, through order entry.
- Deal directly with new and existing customers by telephone, electronically or in person.
- Process incoming customer requests for quotes and purchase orders.
- Supports Business Development personnel by providing quotations or other information pertaining to their customers or focus markets.
- Develop and expand relationships with existing key customers, focusing on growing current business and with an emphasis on generating new opportunities.

**Experience**:

- BS/BA in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- At least eight (8) years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative in an industrial or manufacturing setting preferred
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients
- Experience in warm calling or prospecting is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Courteous and customer-focused phone manner, able to exhibit knowledge, patience, and willingness to find appropriate solutions for the customer
