**SUMMARY OF POSITION**:
The Corporate Asset Manager is responsible for the supervision of asset systems and configurations of equipment/tools within the company, ensuring optimal functionality. Oversees the maintenance and tracking systems to guarantee peak performance. Implements and manages Marine Solutions’ policies and procedures to uphold the quality and integrity of assets to include but not limited to Trucks, Boats, Trailers, Topside Equipment, Life Support Equipment and more.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Implement equipment tracking and inventory systems.
- Work to understand and increase our current in-house equipment and supply maintenance system to allow for additional efficiencies and usefulness.
- Ensure assets comply with industry standards set by USACE, ADCI, NAVY, OSHA, etc. meet or exceed testing and certification requirements.
- Evaluate the quality, integrity, useful life, and cost-effectiveness of company owned assets.
- Collaborate with shop managers on inventory assets, equipment and supplies to allow for tracking of equipment on projects.
- Understand and analyse the working capacities of all equipment to ensure proper use and longevity. Review, provide and update equipment use, settings, overall production of equipment to allow for extended life and production.
- Contribute to enhancing the maintenance system or proposing better solutions for equipment maintenance.
- Communicate known or unforeseen issues related to assets and equipment with management.
- Assist in equipment budgeting throughout the year and for the annual budget.
- Support and assist shop managers in maintaining organization, controlling asset locations, ensuring fluidity throughout shops, and promoting uniformity of equipment.
- Facilitate resolution of issues related to equipment quality, integrity, or standards set by Marine Solutions.
- Provide support with building equipment standardization manuals, to include parts list, part numbers, diagrams, replacement part vendors and pricing, operating instructions.
- Conduct periodic audits of all shops to ensure uniformity and standardization.
- Build relationships with existing and potential equipment and supply vendors.
- Serve as a technical resource for asset, equipment, supplies, and overall maintenance for Marine Solutions.
- Understanding of regulatory industry standards such as (EM385, ADCI Consensus Standards, OSHA CFR 1910, Subpart T; CFR1926, Subpart Y; Commercial Diving Standards, Marine Solutions Safety Manual, Marine Solutions Diving Safe Practice Manual).

**YOU WILL NEED**:

- Willingness and availability to travel to various office locations as required.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in asset management and maintenance.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Understanding of manufacturing (MFGs) directions and guidance of equipment/ assets.
- Proficiency in utilizing inventory tracking systems.
- Understanding assets and equipment pertinent to marine construction projects.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Valid Driver’s License and Commercial DOT Medical card.
- 10hr OSHA General Construction Course.
- 30hr OSHA Construction Course.
- Current First Aid, CPR, DAN O2 Administration, Blood Borne Pathogens certifications.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, WORK ENVIRONMENT & SAFETY**:
