**Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
The IT Analyst will be part of an IT team that supports three Hyatt resort properties in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. The role will primary focus on the day-to-day availability and functionality of IT systems in a particular hotel and resolve standard user issues by troubleshooting end users' problems using ServiceNow ticketing system and hotel's IT knowledgebase. The IT Analyst will also help support the IT Director, as needed, with projects and support with the other hotels in the cluster.

**Essential Functions**:

- Configures and deploys end-user desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
- Installing and maintaining hotel IT hardware and software
- Ongoing support and maintenance of the local area networks.
- Setup computer software and hardware for new/existing staff, including new user accounts.
- Ensure acceptable performance in computing and network systems.
- Network Cabling repair and maintenance
- Monitor server performance, disk space, error logs, and backups of critical systems.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years work experience in technical capacity providing end user support and/or supporting & managing a networked computing environment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, effective strategic planning and organization, ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Self-motivated and capable of working unsupervised
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to interact with other colleagues in a professional and friendly manner

**Skills**
- Windows Server 2016-2022, Windows 10 and 11
- MS Office, o365
- Basic network understanding: Ip addresses, domains, gateways, subnet masks, VLANs, fiber and copper cabling
- POS and EMV hardware support
- Hospitality System Support - PMS, Key-making systems, in-room guest entertainment support
