The Controller is the Client Lead and Project Manager for the client engagement to help manage the teams.

Responsabilities:

- Develop and implement accounting processes for the organization
- Collaborate with third-party accounting teams to ensure seamless financial operations
- Conduct detailed pricing and cost analysis to inform financial decisions
- Oversee FP& A functions, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
- Utilize accounting software systems and ERP solutions to manage and analyze financial data
- Manage accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Oversee and manage budget processes within the organization

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Ability to implement and manage ERP Solutions
- Expertise in managing general Accounting Functions
- Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related field
- 5 years of experience with at least 1 year of managing a process and a team
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP
- Able to reside and work in the US
- MUST RESIDE NEAR TAMPA OR IN TAMPA ITSELF
