Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly qualified part-time instructors to teach undergraduate financial accounting and managerial accounting courses at The University of Tampa.

Responsibilities
  • Teach one or two courses per semester, creating engaging lesson plans and syllabi that align with the university's mission.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies, utilizing online and paper-based grading systems.
  • Meet with students, course coordinators, and department chairs to ensure a smooth academic experience.
  • Manage course materials, including textbooks and other resources.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Significant experience as a professional accountant, with a strong understanding of financial and managerial accounting principles.
  • Active professional designation (CPA, CMA, etc.) is preferred, but not required.
  • Teaching experience is a plus, but not necessary.
