- ASSIST BOTH THE OWNER & PROJECT MANAGER WITH ONLINE ORDERING OF MATERIALS FOR DEMOLITION JOBS
- ARRANGING FOR HOTEL AND/OR AIRBNB RENTALS FOR WORKERS, PROJECT MANAGER, AND OWNER
- RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING THE CLIENT CONTRACTS INCLUDING GENERAL CONDITIONS (WITH INPUT FROM OWNER), SPECIAL CONDITIONS, INSURANCE AND BONDS AS WELL AS CHANGE ORDERS
- PREPARING & TURNING IN PERMIT REQUESTS TO THE CITY ONLINE.
- SCHEDULING EQUIPMENT RENTALS AND EQUIPMENT HAULING AS NEEDED FOR JOB SITES
- DEALING WITH CAR REGISTRATION & FILE MAINTENANCE OF COMPANY VEHICLES
- CREATES INVOICES TO THE CLIENT ACCORDING TO CONTRACTED DEADLINES
- GENERATES AND TRACKS ALL PAYMENTS FROM THE CLIENTS AND COORDINATES WITH THE ACCOUNTANT TO ENSURE TIMELY AND ACCURATE RECORDING
- WILLING TO ASSIST WITH A VARIETY OF OFFICE TASKS INCLUDING ORGANIZING AND MAINTAINING THE NECESSARY STOCK LEVEL OF GENERAL OFFICE SUPPLIES AND SCHEDULE ANY NEEDED REPAIRS TO THE OFFICE BUILDING
- MAY BE REQUIRED TO OPERATE A COMPANY OR PERSONAL VEHICLE FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES. REQUIRED SKILLS:

- ABILITY TO USE SPREADSHEETS AND VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION PAY APPLICATIONS (EX: TEXTURA)
- PROFICIENT IN MS OFFICE
- GOOD WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- SELF-STARTER WHO CAN MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS AND MEET DEADLINES
- ABLE TO WORK WELL UNDER PRESSURE
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS AN OFFICE MANAGER IS A PLUS
- BILINGUAL PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
- QUICKBOOKS KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED.
- MUST BE ABLE TO SIT FOR PROLONGED PERIODS AT A DESK
- MUST BE ABLE TO REGULARLY STOOP, BEND, LIFT AND MOVE ITEMS UP TO 20 POUNDS

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
