This includes the overall output and performance of the people and locations they supervise. The MM supports the standard of success at their location. This role will support our team as a leader/coach. You will be in the office supervising your teams as well as spending time on administrative duties, visiting past and upcoming projects, and making sure the coatings team has everything they need to succeed. Your primary and most important role will be to ensure the success of each and every install. You will oversee crews of top-quality craftsmen, be the training expert for new crew members and promote our culture of teamwork and fun by being the example. You will exceed customers' expectations with your exceptional customer service skills and detailed attention to your craft. You will enjoy working as part of a team and take great satisfaction in a job well done every time

Key Responsibilities:
**Leadership and Management**:

- Provide leadership to the entire team.
- Hire, train, and supervise Production, Sales & all other location personnel to the highest degree.

**Operations Management**:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implementing process improvements to enhance operational performance.

**Market Analysis**:

- Conducting market research to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Analyzing competitors and market trends to develop strategies.

**Sales Management**:

- Assist Sales Manager to meet sales targets. Help with hiring as needed.

**Reporting/ Weekly meetings**:

- Data drives Efficiency

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
