**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning Support**:

- Assist the CEO and Department Heads in developing and implementing strategic plans for the organization.

**Project Management**:

- Manage projects assigned by the CEO, including coordinating resources, setting timelines, and monitoring progress to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all departments.

**Communication Facilitation**:

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or team members, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.

**Meeting Preparation and Facilitation**:

- Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and compiling relevant materials.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Oversee and ensure that CACFP program tracking is correct, accurate, and completed daily, adhering to program guidelines and requirements.
- Support regulatory compliance of all programs.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient use of personnel and materials.

**Proactive Support and Adaptation**:

- Manage and complete daily tasks upon request of the CEO.
- Monitor and communicate progress and adherence to timelines.
- Ensure that all files and documents are stored and saved for easy retrieval.
- Adapt and grow in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate passion and commitment to supporting others in achieving their goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in operations management or a related role, with a proven track record of success. Experience in healthcare services strongly preferred
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively manage projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
