**DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)**:

- Greet and assist customers promptly
- Direct customers accordingly
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
- Act as the product and technology expert for our vehicles
- Deliver the highest level of customer service and a premium customer experience on a daily basis
- Coordinate the thorough, comprehensive, and individualized vehicle deliveries
- Keep other team members and customers informed of new product information, changes, and/or updates
- Maintain knowledge of current new and pre-owned inventory
- Complete Factory Training
- Take on additional duties on an “as needed” basis

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE RECEPTIONIST/CASHIER ROLE**:

A valid state driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check are required for employment.
